Nature of the service
Jadéo organises information declared by visitors, highlights points worth checking and, at their request, prepares an introduction. The assessment does not recommend a financial or insurance product, investment, withdrawal, transfer, insurance system or benefit method. It performs no transaction and no contract can be concluded online.
Jadéo does not provide personalised legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. Any later recommendation is the sole responsibility of the professional who reviews the actual documents and presents their identity, role and regulatory status where required.
Free service and partners
The assessment and call request are free and without obligation. If a partner’s involvement is useful, their identity and the reason for the transfer are presented before data is shared. Jadéo may receive remuneration from partners when support continues; visitors do not pay Jadéo to complete or send an assessment.

Rules and administrative processes can change. The assessment relies on declared answers and is not an official certificate, calculation or promise of entitlement, amount or outcome. Rights, deadlines and options must be confirmed with competent organisations or the responsible professional.
