Controller and contact

Florian Delmas is the controller for personal data collected by Jadéo. Questions and requests may be sent to contact@jadeo-frontalier.fr.

Information used

Jadéo uses the answers you select to adapt explanations and organise the sections worth checking. If you request a call, your name, phone number, email address where requested, preferred time and assessment are stored.

Do not enter bank passwords, account details, identity documents or detailed medical information in public fields.

Why it is needed

• Build and display your progressive assessment
• Send your request only when you decide
• Allow the adviser to prepare the call
• Avoid making you repeat your full history
• Measure general journey steps without sending your answers to analytics tools

Who can see it

Submitted information is available to authorised Jadéo team members and the adviser assigned to the request. Technical providers act only to host, secure or notify the service. Jadéo does not sell contact lists.

If an outside partner is useful, their identity, role and the reason for the transfer are explained before your information is entrusted to them.

Automated organisation

Answers may automatically generate sections to explore and a summary for the adviser. This does not produce a legal, financial, administrative or contractual decision and does not recommend any product.

Retention and security

Active files are retained for as long as needed to follow the request. Files with no further action are intended to be deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last exchange, unless another legal requirement applies.

Hosting and international transfers

Jadéo uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for secure request storage and Resend for technical notifications. Technical data may be processed in the European Union, Switzerland or the United States under the applicable contractual safeguards or adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to contact@jadeo-frontalier.fr.

Audience measurement and advertising

Jadéo measures pages and broad journey steps using a random tab identifier. This event log does not contain your answers, name, phone number or email address. With your consent, the Google tag may also measure whether an advertisement led to a call request; your answers and contact details are not sent to Google.
